after i switch on the UPS all LED at the right side of the panel was blinking. It happened during the initialization but not all the time also during transfer from Battery to online and vice versa. Any idea or comment is high appreciated. Thanks

From user aspect of view best way to learn how product works is user manual. Try to find or if you already have, read user manual.

Best regards,
Peter

the user manual doesn't help at all it only show the basic troubleshooting or basic operation.

contact the dealer or service center

for how long do all the LEDs flash?

Hi Peter

The model is SUA2200RMI2U a 230Vac

User Manual is located here:
https://www.apcmedia.com/salestools/ASTE-6Z8LLW/ASTE-6Z8LLW_R1_EN.pdf

On Page 8:

Self-Test - Automatic: The UPS performs a self-test automatically when turned on, and every two weeks thereafter, (by default). During the self-test, the UPS briefly operates the connected equipment on battery. Factory default is test every 14 days (336 hours).

On Page 14:

Battery is disconnected: This LED flashes and short beep is emitted every two seconds to indicate the battery is disconnected.

Best regards,
Peter

Hi Peter

Yes i understand thats the normal operation during self test and when the battery was disconnected. In my case that is not what happened, the battery still connected during self test suddenly the On-battery, Replace Battery, Overload and Battery Bar was blinking so basically the self test was failed and of course no output voltage.

Regards

H
