Same as been said above, you need to decide on how complex of a project you want, and then we should be able to help when you get stuck.

What help you need for compling? there is more compiler avalabile in net as free version... jus download & install in your PC. & compile your code?

I mean compiling assembly language and c progamming and burning the hex code into pics.Thanks
 

I would start by downloading MPlab from the microchip web site, you get the assembler and a size restricted 'C' complier for the Microchip range. You will then have the starting tools required.
