This is a better module. It uses HEF4050 to provide 3.3V to SD Card circuit from 5V.

But still no correct CMOS level back to PIC, isn't it? There should be another single gate IC.
 
Yes, I call SDI as MISO. It is from SD Card to PIC. I have to design my own SD Card modules now.
 

Make one up with 2 transistors or go the fancy way and order a level shifter; the transistor way worked for me years ago and it's still my handy dandy choice for these things:
