any vco IC's for gsm 900 nad 1800Mhz bands???

qvc12 chip

can any body here suggest me any IC's for the band given?? i know cvco55be & cvco55cl but they are not available in my country!!!
so plz suggest me any other IC's through which i can generate this band of frequencies..
band of interset is:
925-960MHZ for EGSM
1805-1880 MHz FOR DCT.

help plz.
