Any one previously worked on Digilent "transport"

Hi,

I am trying to communicate with a SPARTAN 3 Fpga board from the PC and while using the software provided by Digilent(Adept Software Suite), I am struck at a point where I need to load a file but It does not give me the option to select a specific file, instead it gives me a choice of "All files"... and I am confused as to is it a .bit file or .svf file or anything else....If any one already worked on this please give me a hint..
