Any good sites about different modes of propagation for CPW

Hi, I'm trying to understand the operation of co-planar waveguide (CPW/CPWG), and the relevant mode of propagation, is there any good site and theory about it?

There is at least a book for them which is better than cheap websites with a Java animation for striplines.

In my opinion avoid websites.
