Any good book on Power Amplifiers - output stages?

Any good book on Power Amplifiers - output stages? I am mostly interested in the connection between a Driver Amplifier and a Power amplifier.

And I just figured out that I need a PA stage. Am I right? So I am trying to get some infos on what class to use and how to connect it with my circuit which apparently is not a PA but a DA. I am working at UMC 0.18 trying to make a transmitter front end for a Zigbee system.
