I built a antenna for a WPT circuit I would like to measure the inductance and the resistence with a Semiconductor Device Analyzer B1500A Agilent. I'm trying to set the C-V Sweep test but I'm in doubt about what kind of connection I need to do. I have the Agilent N1300A Cable and the B1500A A5F Test Fixture to do the test.
The first picture is the current connection did by the last professor that used this equipment. The second picture is of the manual for the MFCMU Output Connection.
I don't know if I need to do this connection on the SMU Connectors, PGU, VSU or VMU connectors.
