Hello Everyone,
I am doing a project on physical design and came across some antenna violations in my design....
When i checked for the violations all the violations were on the top level metal layer...
I know it can be fixed using Antenna diodes, but what i didnot understand when i saw the antenna rule file is that the antenna ratio for all other metals were around 200 or 300.. but only for the top metal layer the antenna ratio was 0.1...i could find the reason why the antenna ratio is very less only for the TOP metal layer?
Can anyone throw some light on this ?
