Hi Folks,
does anybody know some basic howtos about fabrication testing of Analog Circuits?

(Im not shure if it is called fabrication testing, I mean the testing of the Chip after it is produced, bevor it is packed if there are thousands of DIEs to test!)

thanks...

there are specail company do this service, eg: advan Test. Of cource, you can do that by yourself by design PCB board to setting test conditions.

Uh Oh... sorry,
I didn't explain exactly! What I meant was how to build the analog circuit (schematic), so that someone can test the fabricated DIE if it works without putting it on a PCB.

eg. if you have a Chip with ADC+DAC on it, you could put DAC and ADC in series and measure if in and output is the same Voltage! Putting it on PCB and testing afterwards is more cost expencive if the Chip doesn't work (of course this must also be tested!)

Is there some Book or reference which is about this topic?
