icl7107 voltmeter

can any body help me design an ac voltmeter using icl7107 with a
measuring range of 0-999 volts ..

please help me

Build AC to RMS converter as per fig.21 in the ICL7106/7 data sheet and add input voltage divider to increase the range to 1000V ..

use the AD736 at the input for the accurate result
