10mhz square wave circuit

How to amplify a 1Vp-p square wave 1MHZ ~ 10MHZ to 20Vp-p square wave?
any IC part number?

It is better the output have 50 ohm impedance.

Hi 7rots51,

It's probably not what you expect but I think it will do.

The "thing" has about 35 dB gain and you need only 26 dB so
you can afford to use a resistive matching at the input. (-4 dB)
But at the output you gonna need a wideband transformer to do
the job or you'll lose an extra 7 dB gain AND power.
I use these and other wideband modules to test (fm) power
modules and sometimes also as a wideband noise source.

how to amplify square wave?

Is there any opamp for doing this task?

simple amplification of square waves

A wideband OP can do of course. A TI THS3001 is e. g. a very stable and sufficient fast device, suited for +/-15 V supply. It would be able to supply +/- 10V to a 100 ohm load (50 ohm series termination + 50 ohm cable).

some logic chip with high output range can do this job. OpAmp may not be fast enough or the price is much higher than logic gate.

Did you imagine a specific part?
