Amplifer 100MHz - 15GHz for counter?

I building counter, I originally used in the RF input amplifier **broken link removed** DC-8GHz and 6GHz divider .
Now I have 15GHz divider hmc862lp3
Is there any kind of available amplifier some as ERA to 15GHz, from 100MHz?
