Hi everybody!

I'm trying to make a full custom analog design using the AMI 0.5 um libraries. However, some things are not clear for me.
There are two libraries containing transistors: MTCDevices and device_lib. Each of these libraries contains 3-4 kinds of NMOS and PMOS transistors. I haven't found nothing in the AMI documentation about these transistors. The digital libraries are documented ok, but they don't say a thing about the components in the analog libraries. So I don't know which library and components should I use.
Hope you can bring some light here....

Thanks!
