Altium problem with variants

Hi!

I have a problem with Altium 10 and its variants functionality.

I have variant with some connectors not mounted. But in 3D view some of this connectors persist on board when i select this variant in variants toolbar.
I have the same problem when pick'n place file is created - the same connectors persist in file, but not in BOM file, where everything seems OK.
I could not determine what is a difference within connectors that persist.
Anyone have the same problem?

I think in mechanical layer 3D step models are present. Did you try to delete the step model and check???
