Altium installed libriaries missing

All of the libraries that Altium was supposed to come with(basic schematic components, etc.) are missing and I cannot find a download link on the website. Where can I find these?

In version 10 the libraries are no longer packed with the software.
Use either their vaults or go here: https://contentstore.live.altium.com/#UnifiedComponents
