I'm not entiely sure what you are looking for can you explain further?

how to generate dangling lines and vias report in altium 10.0.

Try Reports --> board information and then click report you can get all sorts of information or run a DRC and use the messages panel.

how to set rules for impedence,length matching traces (total eche length,min-max propagation delay and relative propagation delay like allegro) in altium.

Take a look at the design rules you can make rules for most things, allthough I think allergo is a little more advanced in this area.

Take a look at multi channel design.

Just a little note it may be better to ask seporate questions in seporate topics or at least all in one post as this was quite hard to answer and my answers are shorter because of it...
