Altium Designer, Extensions and Updates.. importers and exporters installation

hello everyone, i am using altium designer 14.. i wanted to import eagle schematic in altium. but the altium import wizard list is empty.. i searched and found out that by configuring importers and exporters in extensions and updates i can install the list in import wizard.. when i press the apply button, altium installer downloads the plugins and altium designer automically gets closed. but before installing plugins the altium installer again asks to close altium designer but altium designer is already closed....
any solution would be highly appreciated

Hi,

I recommend you to re - install the tool, while installing check the importer/exporter plugins.
