Altera EP610 programming

I want to build a programmer for the Altera EP610 epld classic family. Any Help please??
In the datasheet it says that the epld has a security bit "that controls access to the data programmed into the device". Is it possible to copy a device with this security bit set?

Hi,
You can do it, but you need a special HW and SW. DataIO's top programers could mannage to do it but I have not seen any other programmer being able to bypass the security bits.

And for building a programmer, may I ask where you found the programming information? I don't think I ever saw one from Altera.
