Dear friends
i am facing problem with 4x20 alphanumeric LCD
i had interfaced the JHD204A LCD to the PIC 16F887 in 4 bit mode and is working fine.when i brought another JHD204A, it's not working, i tried with many LCD's and the same problem repeats.the only difference i found is in the original LCD(which is working fine) shows JHD629-204A M10 and all the newly bought are showing JHD629-204A M12. what could be the problem?
