allegro bga

Hi everybody,
I have developed some footprint libraries for allegro for BGA and some important connectors, I would like to share with you.

Regards
Niraj

Hi Niraj,

I am new to Cadence allegro. I am not able to import my design to allegro PCB from capture netlist. Is there any default library which comes with software or I need to create all footprint one by one..

Thanks & Regards
AMiT

Hi Amit,
Unfortunately you can take use of supporting libraries that is coming with allegro CDs, as far as discrete components are concerned , you have to create your own library, i.e .psm and .dra files for each components.
Allegro is quite new tool so thats why they have not built their own library extensively as orcad, so Sir, you have to create your own lib.

thanks and regards
Niraj
