Hi,

I have a temperature insensitive current reference . I want to generate a temperature insensitive voltage reference using the current reference i have. I wanted to do that without any OP-Amp and resistors. Can anyone help me in developing this circuit. I need suggestions about how to design the circuit.

Thanks in advance....

Internal temperature independend voltage references are easier to built than current references.

What is the reason to generate a voltage reference form current reference?

hi ,
what do u mean by internal temperature independent voltage references?

Thanks,

It is called bandgap reference and is one of the most stable chip references.
