After calibre pex, the calibreview schematic has lots of floating nets warnings?

use calibre pex, the calibreview shcematic has lots of warnings:floating nets. The floating nets are all related to the extracted parasitic.
DRC and LVS are both okay.
Is it related to the layout? Will layout pin or label affect the result?
