ROM books

Hello all!
Could anyone please advise me some books (or maybe papers) about ROM. Especially I need the information about ROM bit cell, read path, sense amplifier and so on.
Thanks in advance!

ROM books

CMOS: Circuit Design, Layout, and Simulation by Baker has a chapter on it.

Re: ROM books

hi

Digital Integrated Circuits (2nd Edition) (Printice Hall Electronics and Vlsi Series) by Jan M. Rabaey is a good book if you want to learn about design basics

CMOS VLSI Design: A Circuits and Systems Perspective (3rd Edition) by Neil Weste and David Harris is a new book & covers latest on design part

I've attached a few stuff it may be of your usage... :D
