Good day, forum members..

I was hoping to ask what would be the best level to use for my upcoming undergraduate study..

My goal is to optimize an op-amp circuit (With indirect frequency compensation, to be discussed in another post) and I am not quite sure what is the best level to use.

I don't like to compromise accuracy, as would be experienced when using level 1 parameters..

But I also wish not to compromise simulation time.

I have read from synopsys mosfet models that LEVEL 6 can be used, but not quite sure whether to proceed with BSIM models (Level 13, 28, 39, 47, ... etc).
