Advantages of transistor working in saturation/triode in LNA

HELP!

hello all,,,I am using Differential LNA and for Diff. LNA...do i need to use tail current (one transistor) at the bottom of the core circuit. My question is should this transistor be working in a 'saturation/triode' region....? Whats the advantage of this ?

please answer if you can !

The tail current sink in a diff LNA should be working in saturation. Only when it is working in saturation the current symmetricity across both the arm is maintained.

i tnk u r using it as const curr sourse hence it has to work in saturation.
