Hello. I want to check the s parameters of a CPW. The question is how can i create a CPW of 5mm length that will gradually increase the width of conductor (W) from 140um to 330um and gaps (G) from 63um to 139um? These are the dimensions of my CPW calculated from line calc in order to have 50Ω matching

use the CPW TAPER element...
see the attached picture of your structure layout & Schematics...

By the ay what is your CPW substrate parameters & frequency sweep to get this S-Parameters?
