ADS optimization error

I designed a distributed amplifier and when I tried to optimize the electrical lengths, I received the following errors which I included as an attachment. I also attached pics of my circuit design along with the different levels of hierarchy. I have no idea what I am doing wrong and I need assistance in optimizing this circuit. I am trying get my S(2,1) parameter to have a more stable and higher gain at 16 GHz.

It is difficult to read in your screenshot, but the optimization goal format looks wrong. That must be dB(S21)
