Does anyone has any idea about how to calculate the Q value of a lumped resonator? As we know that Q=ωL/R=1/ωRC, I swept the frequency in the simulation, but I don't know how to quote frequency in DDS equations.

Any help will be appreciated!

@DS help needed about resonator Q

Use 1-port S-parameter simulation.
In S-parameter simulation controller, enable "group delay". The Q value can be then compute by

Q=pi*freq*(delay(1,1))
