i am using ads 2008

Error detected by hpeesofsim during HB analysis `HB1'.
This software is not licensed for use with harmonic lite features. You
do not have the appropriate licence to use this feature.

FlexLM error message:
License Error: unable to locate the specified license file

AGILEESOFD_LICENSE_FILE = C:\ADS2008\licenses

Sorry,a valid Designer license is not available. The Agilent EEsof
Advanced Design System has various product bundles with differing
capabilities, and the function or capability you are attempting to
use is not available in the product you are using.
