I was getting this error because of port-80 of vnc server is being occupied by another person, as soon as IT deparment of my college free port 80 of VNC server , this error went away and MONTE CARLO is functioning fine now. though this answer is not technical but it may help you, i donot know why ADEXL is customize to port-80
