Hello,

In our project we are using Freescale controller with inbuilt 16bit ADC (Vref 3.3v) but when configured to 16 or 12 bit mode i m getting noise so, plz suggest me whats the problem ???

Reduce the noise at the reference voltage for the ADC, if you use external reference voltage for ADC. there might be some noise at Vref. Use capacitor.

if you use internal reference reduce noise of Vdd.
