What are the settings need to make to measure ACP (adjacent channel power) using agilent E4440A spectrum analyzer and using agilent E4438C signal generator ?

On the E4440A go to "measure" and find the "ACP" button .

As for the setting that is determined by your Communication protocol.
Your Channel will be the Integrated BW and your Channel Spacing will
be the Offsets.

You should look at the manual, get the Protocol info, and then Call Agilent's
Help line.

I'm not sure what you are using the Sig Gen For? Are you testing it's Modulation
performance? In any case you should give better descriptions when asking
questions.

Cheers
