Acer P193w lcd monitor

Dear Colleagues,
My Acer lcd monitor ( model P193W ) displays with very bright background in its 1/3 area from the top.
The remaining 2/3 area of the screen is normal.
So, please let me know which part of the circuit caused that error.

I would check the scanner card for bad capacitors.
