How we can monitor AC voltage(128-230-500-1k), any special circuit? pls help me

what are the numbers 128-230-500-1k ?
what exactly do you want to monitor, the actual level or the existence of voltage?
What does the frequency have to do with it, will it be changing?

Alex

You may use a small step-down transformer operating at maximum needed voltage, in order not have a direct electrical path from the power input side to the power output side.
