hfss absorber

hi everyone;

i want to remodel the absorber design which is shown in the yang's paper. i add the paper at this message. but i dont know how can i analyze it? did anyone make an analyze about RCS? could anyone send me an examle file? and also, how can i placed a resistor on a design?
