Should the Nwell of Nwell resistor connected to VDD or leave it not connected to anything in TSMC0.18um MM/RF process?

In general the nwell of nwell resistor is not connected to any potential because for that resistor we didn't define any potential, please correct me if i am wrong..

The Nwell is the resistor itself, so it should be connected to the nodes in between you want your resistor.

the N-well is the resistor itself. follow your schematic and dont connect it to any power line as long as your schematic doesnt dictate.
