hi guys, during my study of digital watermark in printing domain , i found zero-watermark was more useful and anvanced, but i met a problem troubled me. Before using the zero-watermark, i have to register in the IPR Databases. i want to know what is IPR Databases and how i can register , all kinds of information about IPR Databases will be favourably received. thank u very very much.
