about the bindkeys of the cadence

Hi,all:

i meet a problem in my layou work. The bindkey ctrl+c(hiSetAbort) is of no effect, but my workmates is ok on this command. so i try to use the configuration file of their's,such as the .cshrc .cdsenv and .cdsinit, but the problem is still exiting.
u know this bindkey is very important when the layout is large, so i need your help.

change the keyboard and try for once

First make sure your keyboard is in working order
Then, try to reload the BindLeys definition file in CIW=>
loadi "path/filename"

Are your other bindkeys the same your colleagues ?
If not, check your .cdsinit.
