About Synopsys Simulation 2000.02...

Hi..
Need help about my problem..
I want to use synopsys simulation tool which version is 2000.02.
I use 'licgen0.3b' tool and match the license..
But it doesn't operate correctly..
When I saw the .log file, tool couldn't access license manager.

If U know this problem.. plz reply this board or E-mail.

I found the same problem, so I install the DC 2000.5 before VSS 2000.2, however I couldn't get my VSS 2000.2 working with the 2000.5 license.

I get some error message and resolve some by setting the SYNOPSYS_SIM to my VSS installation directory and set the ARCH to msvc50, and come to the following error message that I have no idea.

C:SYNOPSYSMSVC50SIMBIN>vhdlan
**Error: vhdlan,317:
snps_setup fatal error: time resolution setting is not allowed.

Could anyone give some hints?
