Hi every body

i need to know how can i connect plc: Common rail to the power of test circuit ? how do i use regulator 7805 and i want to change voltages to test plc board. How do i use 3 volumes? to the Ain0,1,2?
the pins from x0 to x15 are npns. what that mean? i mean sholid i use pull op or pull down or sth else?
