about FPGA Adv 5.3 license problems - help needed

about FPGA Adv 5.3

Iam sorry every body , but i have founded that the licence is relative to the PC hardware ... i don't know how but when i tried to change some hardware of my computer ... i have founded that it's not working ...
can any body has suggestions
 

I think that what you need for your system is a network card.Did you unplug the card,pls check it out.By the way,you need to set for the TCP/IP too.
