About flash memory IC design

Hi, as i'm new to IC design so i have lots of questions ..
im using paragon zeni as my design tool.
anyone knows this software well??i need some guidelines.
and how to draw the schematic of a normal transistor which consists of G, D and S only, and for flash transistor as well...

the usage of zeni just like cadence.
I have installed this software,but have no License file,could you provide your license file to me ,thinks.
