about A/D conversion of ARM microprocessors

:D I am using Samsung S3C44B0X ARM microprocessor for my project. Analog signal @ around 1MHz is needed to read in through an A/D port of the MCU.
I wonder if S3C44B0X is cappable for this, or if not, which type of MCU can replace it. Thanks. 8O
