I use the differential ring oscillator, but the output is sinusoidal wave, if I want square wave, how to get it? Can I add a comparator, or there is other simple method? Thanks!!

yes, add a comparator

Which comparetor should I use, is a two stage comparator ok?
thanks!!

If you just want a square wave output, use a 555 timer or an op-amp/CMOS relaxation oscillator (plenty of examples in text books and on-line).

try to connect the output with 7414 smith trigger inverter i hope it can help you.

Is it a full custom design or made with off-the-shelf components. If it is a full custom, use the same amplfier cell to get out the loop and amplify the signal. Then place an inverter.

Just a smith trigger inverter is enough.
