A question about the clock define in Tetramax

Hi, i use Tetramax to generate test patterns first time. I want to know how to define a test clock when we got post-layout netlist. Who can tell me? Thanks in advacne.
 

This is the command to define the clock in tmax.

add clocks 0 scanclk0 -shift -timing 100 50 80 40
