A question about Step Recovery Diodes (SRD), plz help me!

Hi, all!
I need this kind SRD which can work at 100K TO 2MHZ,
Can any SRD work at this low freq?
PLZ tell the product nunber and manufacture,Thank you!

Don't know if these work at that low of a frequency, though. I think you need a really thick I region to do it ≤2 MHz. You might do better using some sort of digital gate with a short delay line to one of the inputs.

In this freq.range you can simply use some logic gates to produce a narrow pulse, and it is very comfortable up to 10 MHz, and gives at least so good result as an SRD.
