Have you ever tested a por circuit?

The por has only 3 ports---VDD,GND,OUTPUT.
When designing the por circuit, I add a pwl stimulus on VDD, and measure the output whether it can generate a pulse. But now ,when testing the por,it can not work. For the signal generator can not supply a current to the internal circuit.I had ignored this.

My colleague said that if using ATE test, this won't happen.

Any way to rescue the circuit?:-(

Thanks a lot!

from what i remember, maybe u can check the ramping time for Vdd comparing to simulation.
