My subject is to design a mixer which RF is 34-36GHz and IF is 0.1-1GHz.
For that the frequency of RF and LO are so approach, I choose the structure of diode doubly balanced.
My question is that :

The image injection must be more than 18dB, so, without other technology, I want to know, if this structure can meet the requirement?

Thanks for your answers!

Any article of this band is also OK ,thanks

Hi
Do You mean image rejection?

IF you have double-balanced mixer, for sure, you will have teh image rejection better thatn 18dB, otherwise, you have to use sort of filter technique
