Hello everyone.
There are some simulators in cadence ,such as spectre , spectreS , hspiceD ,hspiceS,etc.
I want to know what is the difference between them.

Spectre is Cadence's product. Hspice is Synopsis'.
Spectre/SpectreS: spectreS runs in socket mode. Design variables are interpreted by Analog Artist. Spectre (with the suffix S) run in direct mode. The simulator interprets design variables.

spectre is simulator? is it right?
